Our two-hour celebration includes gymnastics play, expert coaching to learn new skills, fun party games and delicious sandwich boxes. Perfect for up to 14 kids (£210), with the option to add more up to 20 for just £15 each. Available exclusively on Saturday afternoons, let us help you create a memorable experience that combines fitness and fun!
Cancellation Policy
Please carefully read the below terms & conditions for The Box Portsmouth >> Any hire of the facilities must be for the purpose stated on the booking form. You are not entitled to use any other facilities unless specified on the form. In all correspondence, advertising, etc., refer to the chosen venue as its full name; i.e. The Box Portsmouth. >> Booking times are when you, the hirer, have access to the venue to until the time you will need to have vacated the venue. All set up/set down time needs to be included within your booking times. >> Payment: All one off bookings must be paid for prior to the day of hire. Block bookings will be invoiced monthly and payment is due by the invoice due date. >> The facility retains the right to cancel any event or booking without notice as necessary. In the case of cancellation by the facility the whole of the fee paid shall be refunded and The Box Portsmouth will inform the hirer as soon as practically possible. The Box Portsmouth management reserves the right to refuse any application for a booking. It will not be liable for any other costs incurred, or loss by the Hirer from the cancellation or refusal of any application. The hirer must pay for the full time that you have booked regardless of whether you arrive on time or leave early. >> It is a condition of the hiring that the Hirer shall be liable for, and accept full responsibility for, injury or cost of repair of any damage to the facility which may be occasioned, done or committed during the period of the hiring of done or committed during the period of hire. >> The Hirer shall indemnify The Box Portsmouth from and against any claim from damages, costs or expenses which may be made against the The Box Portsmouth in respect of any personal injury or loss of, or damage to, property, sustained by any person occurring during, or in consequence of, the hiring. >> The Hirer will provide enough people to maintain order. The Box Portsmouth may expel people from the facility for inappropriate behaviours. Alcohol and smoking are not permitted. >> All hirers need to ensure they have class registers and a sign in process for their class participants. In the event of any Emergency Evacuation you must comply with all instructions received from the The Box Portsmouth management and staff. Everyone needs to use the nearest fire exit and make their way to the assembly point in The NCP Car Park behind the building.
