WHAT IS CROSSFIT?
CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness training program that combines elements from various disciplines including the lifting of loads (weightlifting), bodyweight movements (gymnastics) and getting your lungs working (cardiovascular training).

The goal is to improve functional fitness, which enhances everyday performance in life, sports and physical activities.
WHAT THE COURSE ENTAILS

Monday 4th November, 7:30pm
12 X 1 hour sessions throughout the month on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday evening at 7:30-8:30pm (Mon, Wed); 7:00-8:00pm (Fri)*
(*It is not compulsory to attend all of the sessions but to get the best out of the course we recommend it. We also run a 1-2-1 fast track fundamentals course if these time do not work for you.
SESSION PROGRAMME
The sessions will guide you through the fundamental movements of CrossFit. At each session you will start with a group warmup, then move to focus on one fundamental CrossFit movement learning its correct technique. The second part of the session will work on building up your cardiovascular fitness through a metabolic conditioning workout. There will be various versions for all levels of fitness. It will be tailored to where you are right now. If you haven't done any exercise for a long time you are in the right place! The session finishes with a cool down and stretch.
COURSE PRICE
£85 one off fee
There is no obligation to continue CrossFit following the course although naturally we hope you move forward in your fitness journey with us! Onward monthly membership prices are £85 per month with Pay as you Go options available.
(Please note that on booking the system details a direct debit mandate but rest assured that you will only be charged £85 as a one off fee)

LIMITED GROUP
We have a limit of 12 individuals that we onboard to the course at any one time. This is to ensure everyone has adequate focus and coaching as well as enough space within the facility.
