PREGNANCY & POSTPARTUM FITNESS
From the moment you discover you are pregnant, to the time when you want to return back to fitness after having a baby, we've got your fitness journey covered. All of our CrossFit coaches are educated on how to modify movements for pregnancy and our designated trainer is on hand to answer any questions you have during that time period and afterwards. BABYWEARING FITNESS CLASSES
We have run our popular babywearing fitness sessions for many years. Here Mums (& sometimes Dads too!) are taken through heavily scaled CrossFit workouts.
A perfect place to safely return back to fitness following the birth of a little one.
All sessions are undertaken under the watchful eye of designated trainer and facility owner, Claire Marsh with regular visits from Sling Consultant, Sophy Yildirim of Southsea Slings.
Suitable for all mums (and dads) following their 'fit to exercise' sign off from the doctor (usually around 6 weeks from birth).
12 WEEK BACK TO FITNESS PROGRAMME
Our next 12 week post partum programme commences on Tuesday 13th September 2022.
Join us every Tuesday & Thursday for our SlingFit sessions across the 12 weeks at 10am as well as gaining access to our popular online nutrition course.
The programme will also give you access to our Tuesday & Thursday evening Yoga sessions should you want to mix & match as well as our Sunday morning meditation class.
