If you have no or little experience of CrossFit then you are in the right place.
No prior fitness level is required.
Follow the steps below to get started on your CrossFit journey.

ATTEND OUR FUNDAMENTALS COURSE
All newcomers to CrossFit must now book onto our fundamentals course to learn the basics prior to any regular class attendance.
You can select either the
Group session fundamentals course (held monthly on specific dates) or our
1-2-1 fundamentals course (held at days & times that suit you).

GROUP COURSE
Usually run on the first Saturday of every Month from 2-5pm.
Involves a full CrossFit introduction with access to online informational videos and a three hour group session with one of our expert coaches.
Costs £60 per person

1-2-1 COURSE
Run on days & times suited to you.
Involves a full CrossFit introduction with access to online informational videos and 2 x 1 hour 1-2-1 sessions with one of our expert coaches. Bookable now.
Costs £75 per person.

Tue 11:15-12:15 / 13:45-14:45
Wed 11:15-12:15 / 18:30-19:30 / 19:30-20:30
Thu 11:15-12:15 / 13:45-14:45 / 16:30-19:30
Fri 11:15-12:15 / 13:45-14:45
Sat 9:00-13:00 (any 1 hour between these times)
Following course sign up you will obtain a calendar link (via acuity scheduling) to select & book your first session

I HAVE EXPERIENCE
If you have previously done CrossFit for 3 months or more and are confident with the fundamental CrossFit movements then feel free to come along to any of our regular CrossFit sessions by selecting one of the below options. You will then be directed to our class booking system GoTeamUp.
