CROSSFIT TEENS SUMMER FITNESS
Our CrossFit Teens sessions will be continuing throughout the summer 2022.
Suitable for children aged 12-19 years. Participants can attend an hourly session, 9:30-10:30am every Saturday over a 6 week period where they will learn how to lift weight safely & effectively via the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit (the squats, presses & pulls), how to move their body well through the basics of gymnastics as well as challenging themselves via various cardiovascular based workouts.
This course will give attendees an excellent understanding of functional fitness basics as well as provide knowledge bites in other areas such as nutrition, mindset & injury prevention. All delivered in a FUN, sociable setting.
£10 per session
£25 for a 4 block session pass
£35 for an unlimited teens summer pass including a t-shirt, and end of summer session certificate.
(kids on monthly memberships can upgrade to the unlimited pass during the month of August)

SUMMER CLUB - FULL
We are running a summer fitness club for children aged 5 to 11 years throughout the holidays.
The club will run every Wednesday from 10-midday for 6 weeks.
Children will learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit which involves how to lift objects safely and effectively as well as fun, challenging ways to move their own body. Each morning will involve a 45 min CrossFit session consisting of a group warm up, a focus item for that session (gymnastics or lifting based), a short workout, a challenge and a fitness game. The kids will then be given a break where they can have a drink and some healthy snacks (parents to provide) before moving into our 'Challenge Zone session'. During this session the kids will use their logic and creativity to actively solve fun challenges posed to them working as individuals, within a partnership or in team environment. Challenges will involve the kids in maths questions, nutrition and anatomy quizzes and will encourage positive attitudes towards tackling difficult tasks. The aim of having FUN through fitness is our principal goal to encourage all children to have a life long love of movement.

Our popular CrossFit Tots sessions are running across the summer months. Suitable for children who are walking to 4 years of age.
Held every Monday 10am - 11am
(from 1st to 29th August)
A fun filled 45 minute session of body awareness activities, mini workouts, assault courses and fitness games along with some free play, social time and the all important end of session snack club (parents to bring snacks for their child).
£10 per session
£25 for a 3 block session pass
£35 for all 5 summer sessions including a personalised t-shirt, and end of summer session certificate.
