What to bring?
Wear comfortable workout clothing and bring some water - that's all you need to start.
How much does it cost?
£10 per session or £35 for a block of four classes (3 month expiry)
No membership or contract required.
What will I be doing?
A general warm up, a specific warmup focusing on the workout movements or building up your strength in a certain area, a workout that can be scaled to your fitness level and a cool down stretch.
Where do I put my things?
Any bags or other items can be stored within the gym area and will be visible during your session. We also have showers available and a coffee shop to chill out in after the class.
