The Box Portsmouth is a specialist facility for CrossFit, and dance enthusiasts.

We hold multiple classes everyday in our gymnasium with expert instructors holding over 60 years of CrossFit experience.

We are delighted to now be offering various kids gymnastics sessions every day of the week.

Our venue also hosts multiple dance fitness sessions for children & adults in our dance studio run by private hirers

Over 30 adult CrossFit classes held per week led by our expert coaching team.

Fun and energetic fitness sessions for children who are walking to 19 years of age.
