Naomi qualified as a level 3 PT back in 2013 and spent a few years carrying out at home PT sessions and running an outdoor Bootcamp around her job as a care worker for adults with learning difficulties.
Naomi found and fell in love with CrossFit in early 2014 as she was looking for a change in pace to a globo gym and CrossFit was exactly that! She had Eva in January 2016 and in April went on the CrossFit level 1 and started coaching at CrossFit Fareham where she had been until December when she stopped coaching to have Eli.
Naomi achieved her CrossFit level 2 in 2017 and Gymnastics and level 1 British Weightlifting in 2018.
She's currently working in rebuilding her core after carrying her second huge baby and beginning her journey back to pre pregnancy fitness levels.
Naomi loves coaching CrossFit, especially olympic lifting and taking absolute beginners to exercise from being petrified walking in the gym to a confident, competent CrossFit athlete.
