David has always been into sport and exercise from a very early age, playing as many different sports as possible. This passion led him to study the field further through GCSE to A-Level and degree level where the sports became outdoor based with climbing becoming a particular passion which is still strong today.
David has been a Level 3 Personal Trainer since 2015, a Level 2 Weightlifting Coach since 2016 and joined the CFPI team in 2017.
David's favourite type of workout is any longer workout with gymnastic movements and running. His least favourite is anything with thrusters by particular the workout Kelsu.
