A Tribal Clash style adult team fitness session where participants will work as a team to progress through the workout movements. Individuals will be placed together within a team at the session.
An adult strength based class focusing on the lifting movements of squat, bench press and deadlift. Participants will learn how to increase maximal loads overtime on these lifts.
A Q&A style seminar allowing participants to obtain knowledge from our expert coaches on a range of fitness related topics including nutrition, movement mechanics etc.
A Strongman style fitness class involving various movements such as tyre flips, yoke walks, sled drags & pushes, log pressing, object loading & carrying.
