Open Day Schedule

Come & join us to celebrate our facility expansion on Saturday 7th September at our Open Day Event.

We have a great range of classes for you and your family to try out on the day.

Feel free to book onto as many as you think you can physically attend.

The classes are FREE for all member and non-members.

Classes can be booked below.

New children to the facility must have a parent or guardian present on the day.

MAIN GYM TASTER CLASSES

TEENS FITNESS

9:00-9:45AM

A fun, yet challenging fitness class for teenagers aged 13-19 years involving CrossFit workouts.

KIDS FITNESS

10:00-10:45AM

A fun, energetic fitness session for kids aged 5-12 years involving CrossFit style workouts and games.

ADULT GYMNASTICS

11:00-11:45AM

A specialist adult gymnastics session focusing on strength and techniques for CrossFit specific gymnastics.

MOTHER & BABY FITNESS

12:00-12:45PM

A gym based mother and baby circuits class.  Slings are welcome to be worn or babies can socialise together on mats.

TOTS FITNESS

1:00-1:45PM

A fun structured fitness class for children who are walking to 4 years of age.

ADULT CROSSFIT

2:00-2:45PM

An adult functional training class for all levels and abilities.  Beginners very welcome.

STRENGTH SHED TASTER CLASSES

ADULT TEAM FITNESS

9:00-9:45AM

A Tribal Clash style adult team fitness session where participants will work as a team to progress through the workout movements.  Individuals will be placed together within a team at the session.

POWERLIFTING

10:00-10:45AM

An adult strength based class focusing on the lifting movements of squat, bench press and deadlift.  Participants will learn how to increase maximal loads overtime on these lifts.

FITNESS EDUCATION

11:00-11:45AM

A Q&A style seminar allowing participants to obtain knowledge from our expert coaches on a range of fitness related topics including nutrition, movement mechanics etc.

STRONGMAN

12:00-12:45PM

A Strongman style fitness class involving various movements such as tyre flips, yoke walks, sled drags & pushes, log pressing, object loading & carrying.

OLYMPIC LIFTING

1:00-1:45PM

A specialist Olympic weightlifting session for adults focusing on increasing strength & technique on the barbell lifts of snatch and clean and jerk.

YOGA / STRETCH & MOBILITY

2:00-2:45PM

An adult fitness session involving yoga based stretching techniques to mobilise joints, elongate muscles and relax tight areas.

STUDIO TASTER CLASSES

KIDS STREETDANCE

9:00-9:45AM

A fun streetdance class for children aged 5-16 years.  Run by Dance Alchemy CIC.

NEPTUNE DANCE

10:00-10:45AM

An empowering adult commercial dance class.  Focusing on beginners to dance at any age.  Run by Neptune Girls Dance.

CAPOEIRA

11:00-11:45AM

A joint kids and adults martial arts class combining elements of dance, acrobatics, and music.

JEDHA JUNIORS

12:00-12:30PM

Class for children aged 4 plus involving street dance, fortnight routines and Jedi training.

JEDHA FIT

12:30-1:00PM

An adult high intensity training class involving street dance to give you an energetic and fun workout.

MUM & BABY YOGA

A post natal yoga session run by The Wellbeing Warrior.  A mat based session with babies.

POLE FITNESS

2:00-2:45PM

An adult beginners pole dance fitness session run by Victoria McKee of Pole Grace.
