This is a 4 week training programme with the aim to improve max lifts by 15-20% towards the end of the 4 week term. To assist with improved met-con performance and attainment of other personal goals e.g. weight loss/gain, improved body tone etc.
Course attendees will receive:
– a weekly focused strength training programme
– analysis & recordings of max lifts
– support & motivation via group training sessions
– help and assistance on setting & achieving personal goals
Group Training sessions will occur every:
Monday – 6.30-7.30AM (yes AM :-))
Tuesday – 6.00-7.00PM
Further training will be set to be completed individually for the remainder of the week.
Cost: £20 for gold members; £35 others

Whilst the course is focused on building up strength training for us ladies, men are more than welcome to attend as well.
The course will run at the same time on Monday mornings as the usual CrossFit class.
