Since May 2007, when I started my own street dance school, I have been passionate about assisting others in pursuing their health & fitness goals.
In November 2010 I decided to quit my full time employment as a chartered accountant to work full time within the health & fitness industry as a personal trainer & dance/fitness instructor.
I discovered CrossFit in January 2013 and immediately became extremely excited about all that it has to offer from the attainment of individual fitness goals to the larger community support network that is created within the CrossFit environment.
As a former Commonwealth Games gymnast it feels great to once again have a structure to be able to build up strength and flexibility within fitness workouts, to see and feel REAL results. I love how CrossFit is literally designed for everyone and how progress can be clearly felt and demonstrated.
I became a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer in June 2013 and opened CrossFit Portsea Island with Carl Marsh in September 2013.
